101 : can not save new user in database
102 : can not send confirmation email
103 : activation: username not found
104 : activation: wrong activation code

424 : team not found
425 : can not access the team (not a member of this team)
426 : trying to edit team without admin or team leader privileges
Issues

404 : can not find / load issue
405 : no rights to access issue (user does not belong to corresponding team)
